He's got a disturbing passive/agressive streak going too. I finally got around to watching the Making of Oblivion video yesterday wiith Todd's "The other kids told me 'Go back to the chess club you dork'. Well, who's laughing now." Can catch it at the end of this clip. It's chilling.

The gaming industry is a funny one. No one stays on top for very long, and even the strongest and most prolific developers of yore have withered and died one way or another. It might not be soon, but the day Todd disappears from the RPG scene will be a blessing. Wanker.

I quite like the way this is shaping up. It's definatly got a Stalker feel to it. I think you guys should probably wait for the demo or try a rental before you decide that it's the worst computer game ever made. Sure Todd is a bit of an overexcitable idiot, but he didn't write the entire game by himself. It definatly doesn't look like Oblivion. Hopefully they'll show some non-combat footage soon.

Um... What? Why are you posting in this thread about recent news? It's over a year old. That and, you can't rent PC games, nor does Bethesda release demos anymore. The only option to try it without buying it is borrow it from someone who has, or pirate it.

It's the standard pattern. If you'd been around for the last 2 Fallout games and Oblivion, you'd pick it up easier.

No one will say it is the worst game ever made. No one would even have a problem with the game if Bethseda made their own post apocalyptic game, but you can't expect people to sit by quietly and watch one of the cult games get raped by Todd Howard and other Bethseda idiots.

Whoops, posted in the wrong thread. You can rent xbox games, which is what fallout 3 will be released on. If you don't have an xbox, maybe one of your friends might have one.

Well one of my friends does have a XBox. But not a 360. He only got it for Halo apparently. Anyway, the game will be even worse on Xbox 360. Also, that same friend had someone preorder the PC version for him as a gift a while ago so I can just borrow it. Which is what I'm going to do assuming he doesn't completely put me off it by word of mouth alone.
