The one that sticks out most in my mind is Neverwinter Nights (2002). I can still feel the minor endorphin rush when I hear it in my mind. Gaining a Level in NWN always felt really significant.

The Morrowind Level Up jingle is nice. I do have a soft sport for Fallout 3's grandiose orchestral stinger. Infinity Engine's understated gong is nice.

My favorite though is the custom one I set in Daggerfall Unity. I made it long wind chimes, always gives me a happy feeling.

One of the relatively few things I like from Baldur's Gate is its level up "gong" sound.

I'll be damned if I can find it online anywhere, though; fucking BG3 I hate you.

I'm rather partial to Project Zomboid's.

Nothing like a nice little banjo ditty to take my mind off of the stress from trying to keep myself being dinner for the locals.
