I am open to suggestions on what forums should and should not have fingers.

It's alright, except that Let's Play seems a little lonely by itself. I'd recommend adding the Workshop to it and then maybe having it flip positions with Gaming. So that the tabs would be like:

1. General RPG, News, Hosted Forums
2. Workshop and Let's Play
3. Gaming, Adventure, Strategy, and MMO
4. Library
5. General and Site Feedback

Those seem to be relatively equal in terms of activity. I'd consider the balance issue important so there aren't useless tabs (previous version was shitty.) Not sure what you'd call the second tab but I'm sure there is something that would work. You could also add tooltips when you hover over the tabs listing all included forums so that there is no confusion.

lulz. There are already more posts in Let's Play since 2007 than Workshop since 2003. You merge Let's Play and Workshop and you will never see any Workshop threads, just like you could barely find any General Gaming threads when Let's Play was in there. It definitely deserves it's own finger.
