It's doable and been done before, after ai tools resurfaced, but still depends on a level of mod support. In BG3 Dame Alyn, raging dyke and one of the main plot characters was replaced by a modmaker, gender swapped and revoiced, including edits to other npc dialogue. That was before Larian even implemented their lousy support for modding.

That would be especially interesting to see modded out, actually, and I'm one of the few here (it seems) who has little issue with its inclusion in the first place. It would be very informative to remove only the very final "decision" line, such as it were, and cut the sex scene itself, and see if what remains without that context is still "gay," in a word, or if the rest of it is just normal character building like what you'd expect from the first game.

I suppose for a long time now we have come to accept degeneracy as part of current year fantasy tabletop(thanks to stuf like critical role, hasbro and 'kwanzan rainbow kulturkampf I guess). We just made our best to avoid it and still play rpgs though, although it is becoming harder by the minute.

My patience has been growing thin though, as has been my interest in playing games which make this shit a larger and larger part of their content.

The first KC game was a historical niche game that went against the grain and this constitutes a betrayal of sorts. It pisses me off.
