Description:
Wizardry 8 "Object image editor" - an automated program has been developed that will help Modders save a lot of time on developing the creation of an image of objects, where you only need to import the image of an object from a file or clipboard and the program itself will create more than 2 frames with exact sizes. The program can change palettes or swap palettes, when importing a file - auto optimization of the palette. The program looks like a game and can be called an interface emulator =).


Functions and features of this program Wizardry 8 Item Image Editor:
1) Import images of any format or clipboard
2) Export: to STI, BMP, PNG, clipboard.
3) The emulator in the game.
4) The prefix of the name and checking the length of the file name for cutting in the game.

This is some really good shit, and a good sign for the future of Wizardry 8 modding.

The sheer number of duplicate artpieces always irked me when it came to Wizardry 8. Tons of different pieces look the same, despite that simple palette swaps would've worked great. Like all the healing potions and the Potion of Shadow or whatever.

Description:

Optimized the structure for saving the file. Service information was 136 bytes, now 34 bytes.

1) [Portrait Manager] Added a service 0 index for the color of the Large Portrait 8 bit. (before Fan-patch 1.28 build 2995 there was a black portrait, there was a limited original code.
The fan-patch has fixed the code starting with build 2999. Now the Large 8-bit portrait is displayed in color.
