That looks like your command line arguments ("args" is fucked up programmer slang for that) are somehow wrong.
You can change those by right-clicking the shortcut.
It should look somehow like this:
Target: "TheFileYouStarted.exe" -source fileName
Where fileName should be... ehrm.. no idea, I don't even know the game, but you should be able to figure that out.
