"This message is awaiting moderator approval": All new users must pass through our moderation queue before they will be able to post normally. Until your account has "passed" your posts will only be visible to yourself (and moderators) until they are approved. Give us a week to get around to approving / deleting / ignoring your mundane opinion on crap before hassling us about it. Once you have passed the moderation period (think of it as a test), you will be able to post normally, just like all the other retards.

It is now possible to block your ignored users from seeing any of your posts. Threads will never be the same. In fact, if the thread is by one of your ignorers, it doesn't exist at all. What a cool new feature. On by default!!!1

With 2-way being the default, Codex is essentially making unsuspecting users shadow ban each other. For some less popular members the forum just gets quieter, then they eventually leave.

This will have grave ramifications. It's an arbitrary culling performed on the whims of snowflakes.

Good thing that this page still works. I added it to the user popup, the placement could be better though.

Now if you could also make the user links open the popups instead of re-directing to their profiles. It would make mutual ignoring quicker.

Weren't there some complaints regarding the fact that certain posters who used the ignore function would still mass-rate the posts of posters on their ignored list? Such a new feature was probably meant to lessen that phenomenon.

I can still view and rate your posts when I ignore you, though. Maybe you don't get notifications. If that were the point, the new feature would be ‘don't get notified by retards’ not ‘retards don't exist, they can't hurt you’.
