Games on drugs

is there a game that actually gets fairly more enjoyable and understandable if you play it high? Probably most of them do, yes, but d'you guys know any game that seem actually designed to do so?

Any multiplayer action game, really. Weed works wonders, coz you rarely feel annoyed at anything when high, so you won't even care if you get your ass kicked.

I thorougly enjoyed playing Wizardry 7 while on shrooms with a friend.

It wasn't very productive though, we advanced for like 10 squares in 3 hours. The rest of the time we battled the sleep-emitting moths - "battled" means everybody hiding in shadows then falling asleep in there. I guess the characters took it up to play the role of their players :D

Call of Cthulhu on weed. That became fucking scary.
Also Baldur's Gate coop, but only when slightly high. Immershun FTW.

Everything where rhythm is important (e.g. slashing through multiple enemies) plays GREAT on DXM. Whoosh! Whoosh! They're dead! Graphics can also look better, a kind of depth-of-field+cel-shading effect in your head.

I don't know a single enjoyable game that wouldn't get even more enjoyable when stoned.

If I were to choose games that I played most when stoned, it would probably be GTA series. Also Serious Sam games always bring me a lot of joy when I'm high. And definitely Psychonauts. STALKER too, for it's absorbing atmosphere, and Bloodlines for the same reason.
There are also Silent Hill 1-3, which depend on the mood largely, sometimes they're awesome when high, but other times they might be just.. too much to bear. So I guess horror games would make a rare exception to what I stated in first sentence.

I recommend taking a sleeping pill or two and then playing a game of your choice while resisting sleep. If you manage to stay awake you'll eventually stop feeling incredibly sleepy and go beyond it into this perfect, groovy state. It made IWD2 even better on Heart of Fury and made me totally paranoid when I played Tropico. Didin't help me enjoy Oblibian, tho.

To be honest, I wouldn't dare to play Robot Unicorn Attack on drugs.

Altered states from lack of sleep can be kind of fun, plus they are free. I remember once in an archaeology lecture when I hadn't slept for 30 + hours I thought that the lecturer was talking about his winning strategies for Hearts of Iron 2 and the differences between racism and racialism and how racialism is actually pretty cool.

More recently I remember hallucinating that an anthropology lecturer who was comparing two texts on India by the same author was comparing Fallout and Fallout 2.
