RPG Vault is getting in on some Witcher action with their Witcher peek #3. This one discusses racial tensions in the setting.

In the beginning, the elves tried to ignore our presence, hiding themselves in the woods, leaving their magnificent cities - known these days as the Novigrad, Oxenfurt, Vyzime, Tretogor, Maribor, Cidaris or Cintra - behind. It is sad that through our expansive ways, we have abused the trust of the young generations of the ancients. 200 years ago, Aelirenn would lead a foredoomed coup... And us... we would slay the greatest of the elven kind. From that moment on, the elves destroyed all the places like Shaerwedd, where they had once lived. It is then... 200 years ago when, for the first time, inequality of the races appeared...

There just always has to be an ancient fallen elven empire, doesn't there?
