Bard's Tale decent per CGW

Computer Gaming World have a review of inXile's action RPG The Bard's Tale. They think it was a pretty decent game and rate it 4/5.
Still, The Bard's Tale won me over in a fairly big way. Above all, the writing and voice acting are far superior to most other videogames'. It's rare for a game to be actually funny, but this one has numerous laugh-out-loud moments, including a quest to find a guy in a village where everyone shares the same name. There are also a few arbitrary musical numbers (reminiscent of the Oompa Loompa songs in Willy Wonka) that stop the game cold while a group of characters mock your progress and sing about what a loser you that's good stuff! There are certainly more hardcore RPGs out there, but The Bard's Tale is the kind of lighthearted fare that helps remind us that--once in a while--maybe we shouldn't take this all so seriously.
I suppose that's fair, but the new Wasteland had better be a full out serious RPG, Fargo, or else... I'll complain a lot on the internet! Yeah!
