AtomicPC, which is apparently the definition of the rig you'll need to run the game, has reviewed the recently released TES4: Oblivion. They give it a 9.5/10 and have wonderful things like this to say:

That's not to say there won't be another game in the future that trounces it, but for now, you won't find a more engaging, satisfying RPG experience than Bethesda's Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion.​
