The other grand announcement at the Spike TV Video Game Awards was Mass Effect 3. The trailer doesn't reveal all that much about the game other than Earth has been invaded and it's up to Shepard to save us/doom us/romance us. There will also be a little shooting. Keep an eye out for it next holiday season, 2011.
