Bastard Bonds. It is a full fledged tactical rpg, quite atmospheric but a bit strange. If we talk about real games and not some animu porn shit. It's is not the most xrated but it surely should be given more love here. Dunno, if it's the developer's deliberate decision, but this game is filled with palpable sexual tension (maybe a bit gay) and that's how the mature content should be done, methinks. Certainly better than showing boobs in Witcher for teens to cry 'Yay i'm adult now!'.

I actually picked this one up recently during the steam sale. Ended up playing an hour or so. Not much sexual tension so far other than the casual nudity in CC. However, wow, it's actually pretty decent as far combat goes.
