Hard to complain about something like that when the rest of the game looked so damn good.

Visuals is the one aspect of the original game that was almost a flawless victory on nearly every level. Only the animations could have been better and of course performance was ass in towns but everything else was just perfect. Textures looked great, sharp and clean, lighting was amazing, appropriate use of post-processing effects and of course the best vegetation ever seen in any game ever.

I personally wouldn't care if they didn't even bother changing the visuals at all and focused on improving everything else.
I also liked the visuals, but found myself laughing out loud at several points. The most memorable was riding out of Rattay in Bernard's party, in my game they all rode out sideways in a column with the horses galloping "forward", and they navigated in perfect 90 degree angles round corners. It was like Pacman 3D or something.

It's not hard at all unless you're so used to console graphics that you don't even notice it.

Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is.
The buzz isn't bad - some bigger Tubers like Matty, Luke Stephens, ESO nebo Wolfheart are hyping it a lot - but I did expect a bit more.

I REALLY fucking hope they'll do something with the launch date.

Game journos - ideological hatred of this IP and its devs
'Tubers and Streamers - their slop-eating audience wouldn't care about some "boring history game"

Same as it ever was.

I mean the first game was WAY more niche in terms of buzz, it only blew up after the launch.

But I think Warhorse wants to go mainstream with the sequel and it still has this "weird Yuro niche game" vibe in the media overall.

Well, it's still almost 3 months to go, I guess marketing starts ramping up in 2025.

Screw those guys. WH is one of a handful of devs I will trust to pre buy from.
