Superhero X-com. You can mesh different heroes and their powers. Whole thing looks mid. Unless you are looking for something hero specific. The thing reminds me of Freedom Force and that marvel thing that came out a few years back. Dark suns or whatever is called.

I went on there to check and no they don't. But they have a "GOTY 2024" that's being done in this strange ballot system that I'm not gonna bother understanding.

RPGHQ's "Top RPGs" poll won't even show the results until Feb 6th. So I wouldn't hold my breath.
