It's also a decline from Witcher 3 and Witcher 2 writing, in Cyberpunk there is no ladies of the woods/Bloody Baron/Heart of Stone level of quality in term of writing.

Instead, it's the typical "Read mail/Listen conversation, go there, kill X, get reward" ubishit quest.
