Disguise skill is very useful. You can see the loremaster thread to see how it works.

Anyway, I do agree with everyone that our females aren't very feminine, to say the least. After being exposed to them for a long time several team members have filed "erectile dysfunction" complaints, so it's a very serious matter. However, it's an isometric game and the models look different in-game. Creating perfect "first-person" models would have been pointless. Basically, female models are slimmer and have female hairstyles (the second row, the one in the middle has a ponytail). As usual, we are open for suggestions, of course.

It does make it hard to distinguish gender when both the males and shemales wear skirts.

Perhaps slightly more exaggerated differences. Even more slender and bigger boobies, or more colorful uniforms?

One hand on hips for example. The problem with the model in question seems more about stance than anything else. Incidentally this is an area where the Elder Scrolls has retained integrity and is a hell of a lot better than pretty much everything else out there - women in Oblivion look normal. While the naked buxom women gave Daggerfall that earthy and sinister edge (temples), it's a pretty good trade-off.
