Basically classic Might and Magic like (but much better). There is a demo on the link above. Give it a try.

There are some nice exploration based 'puzzles' in it that had me stumped for a bit but all were solvable without outside help once I thought about them a bit. Also a few ways to fail sidequests and the like. I quite liked it.
