Codex made me an elephant hater.
He never asked for this!Jensen is the only good modern protagonist I can even remember.

End? He spends the whole game trying to win back an ex-girlfriend. Maybe that's why gamers can relate to the character, lol.Jensen was cucked at the end of the first game, Rean. I fail to see how he was any better than Geralt, who despite being a cuck in the books iirc, at least had nonstop sex in the games.

Only for her to agree she is your ex.He spends the whole game trying to win back an ex-girlfriend. Maybe that's why gamers can relate to the character, lol.
Don't you have to actually get a date before you can have an ex?

That's the whole game. She's his ex. She gets disappeared. He looks for her. He finds her and she reveals that she was in on it all along and was using him.I don't remember Adam simping or running after his ex. What ending was that?
Okay, still don't see the issue here, as to why he is considered a cuck. The attack, his wounds, and her disappearance are all connected. She even gets declared dead in a side-quest, so at that point, he should no longer be looking for her from what I remember. That's the whole game. She's his ex. She gets disappeared. He looks for her. What is his motivation to look for her if you erase the relationship from before the game starts?Okay, still don't see the issue here, as to why he is considered a cuck. Typical japshit masquerading as Deus ExNever quite liked the writing in HR and MD.
I mean you had secret societies, global conspiracies, secret research facilities, even philosophical and social questions and implications.Typical japshit masquerading as Deus ExNever quite liked the writing in HR and MD.

Falls flat when compared to the original Deus Ex masterpiece.
I don't call Deus Ex a masterpiece on account that it would imply there weren't bits missing. There clearly are bits missing and should be apparent if you ever got the Stay With Unatco dialogue that's still in the game. The masterpiece was the Deus Ex that could have been, the one that didn't railroad us in Hong Kong, the one with the ending where JC becomes King of Europe, the one where you visited the White House.Falls flat when compared to the original Deus Ex masterpiece.
It certainly is the most "Alex Jones" game, yeah. The best thing that could happen to Deus Ex is that a AA developer gets the license. Any AAA developer is going to be weighed down by the generic Human Rights Campaign cooperate liberalism that already prevents game developers from doing anything interesting or even slightly dangerous. But that is not going to happen. Realistically, the IP will remain in limbo and get reconstituted in a few years to make a shitty AAA action game. I could also see them trying to turn it into a show on Amazon Prime, etc.
The Canadians ruined Deus Ex. They had no idea what they were doing with the story. They're too cucked and cowardly to understand that Deus Ex was an antigovernment polemic, demonstrating that democracy simply doesn't work in the face of extreme technological advancement. Deus Ex is probably the most "American" game ever made, which is why they didn't understand it.
