I'm sure you will find it terrible and go back to DA2 soon. Perhaps you should stick to DA2 in the first place. It fits you well.

Can you ban him for some incline points?
Everyone has the right to find AoD terrible and say so. I haven't found it terrible. The combat was especially fun but there's still room for improvement, for instance making it party-based instead of single player and include some sort of magic system for more options. Perhaps in AoD2.

But what gives people right to like MLP and DA2?

I don't know if this was asked earlier, but how are the music and ambiance in the game? I don't care about the graphics, but good audio is very important to me. How much music do you have in the game? I hope they are not too epic (forced epicness). There is room for more dynamic themes, but I really like subtle music in RPGs. Also ambiant sounds in the cities, taverns, prisons etc are also great for making atmoshpere (DAO had none of these).

I just dreamed that the demo was released but it had sprite-based graphics similar to Eschalon. I quit playing the game and started playing again, and now it had top down 3d graphics again, but when you talked to an NPC it transformed into a game with the graphics and first person perspective of Skyrim, the NPC was voiced and they had the same animation as in Skyrim. I tried to get a hobo in a inn to join me but he was pissed and didn't want to. That's all I remember.

First town with 2 satellite locations, over 30 quests. More than enough to form an opinion and have some fun wit the demo.

That sounds great! If you don't mind me asking, are all those quests given in a single build or will there be some that are locked out based on your build/background/choices?

Basically I'm asking, will we be able to see some of the branching in action in the demo?

Ah good. Just in time for the undergrads to return to campus and the teaching year to start, leaving me with fuckall time for gaming. AGGGGHHH!!

Hopefully this means that the actual game will be released at the end of semester, when then undergrads leave the campus and I can run AoD on my work laptop:)

Russian composers are nice, you can hire them to produce full orchestral soundtracks for the change laying in your pockets.

My first reaction when playing the combat demo was thinking "this sounds just like King's Bounty!".

In Dead World is better.
Fallouty apocalyptics :)

btw, when doing PR for the game (or demo) it could be cool to show a few early screenshots before the latest ones.
Paints a good picture of time and effort spent on progress, from visual side at least.
