Do the tracert to rpgcodex.net, probably some nigger routing/communication company having to deal with another NSA/FSB/CPC/Mossad ddos attack or their malnourished indian slaves can't keep up replugging optic fibre cables.

Edit: Apparently some routing nodes block ICMP requests, so tracert is basically useless assessing where packet loss actually is.

Just use mtr or winmtr.
