The masses expect plains and forests in fantasy games, but I don't see what's so generic aboutYeah they should have gone for more distinctive look and location, I'd be all in for 3D version of White March. When you go for the generic look you put yourself in competition for production quality with the likes of Witcher 3 and good luck with that.
Why do the mushrooms look like they're celebrating Pride month?
It's Fallout with swords (and guns).

this would be super incline, and is therefore not true
Carrie Patel speaks:
She said "interconnected open zones". The word "hub" was not mentioned.Hub-based interconnect zones, not open-world. Wow, Obsidian.

They tried and it didn't work, this was revealed quite a while ago.True, though I felt the implication was there. I don't care personally. I just thought they were going to try to actually do an open-world this time.
As the dev mentioned earlier in the thread, they're still in pre-alpha. The trailer is all they have to show.Lot of talking but not showing. This never bode well.
Fair. Still what they did show was actually pretty bad.As the dev mentioned earlier in the thread, they're still in pre-alpha. The trailer is all they have to show.Lot of talking but not showing. This never bode well.
Couldn't it also be open world in the sense that some people like to say dark souls is open world? Because if the hubs are interconnected, then that's not the same as Inquisition and TOW at all.I mean there's not much difference between them. Instead of going back to a ship like in TOW you just go directly to a map screen.
thats just stage one. by stage four they'll be selling new vegas on Steam as though its 'from the creators of Grounded 2'Video starts off listing the best RPGs Obsidian has made.
