Fucker, it's literally the area above the inn. You can't miss it unless you're an aspie completionist aiming straight for Naskell.
Just go ahead and play it if you are so interested. Or just watch gameplay on youtube. That's what I did, there's records of whole streams so you can skip around to encounters.Reviews mention a lot of bugs, I still don't know how the ai gets improved with difficulty, are encounters actually hand-crafted with unique hooks like in ID1, is the new class useful, are there new spells, how is importing chars into bg2, are there really quests with c&c, are attributes getting used in dialogues, how is the performance etc.
NOT
'OMG there's an annoying tranny' for 15 pages. I assume everybody already got that by now and the all the gaming "journalists" are already starting to report about it because attention whore klicks about stupid shit brings them food on the table.
I played BG1EE for 100-200 hours in last few years and items are as they should be.

And I thought I had a shit job.
Complain more, especially about a game whose best item is hidden in a tree stump 15 minutes in.

It's been a long time since I played original BG1, but I remember that on a subsequent playthrough where I used the Dudleyville patch that added hints telling you where the hidden items are, I was able to amass a surprisingly large fortune in the early game. It's like Fallout in that an experienced player can do stuff quicker than you might think.
Wow begging for positive reviews.Ahahahaha, C&C at its finest. Should have thought of that before putting SJW shit in your game.-from Beamdog forumsHi everyone. I usually spend most of my time lurking here, but I'd like to ask a favour. It appears that having a transgendered cleric and a joke line by Minsc has greatly offended the sensibilities of some people. This has spurred these people into action, causing them to decide this is the worst game of all time and give it a zero review score on Steam, GoG and meta critic. Now, I'd like to ask for that favour. If you are playing the game and having a good time, please consider posting a positive review to balance out the loud minority which is currently painting a dark picture for new players. Thank you. -Trent
Is Beamdog getting a little scared to be reduced to the point of begging on their forums?

Of course, nobody sane would go through this without knowing if it's decent in the first place from somebody who is not a shill. Why don't you do the sacrifice?Just go ahead and play it if you are so interested. Or just watch gameplay on youtube.
I'm more interested if its fixable and/or what changed gameplaywise than spoiling the story for me.
But I guess trying to get useful infos out of here is pointless because only few of here have actually played the game.

If you thought beamdog hit rock bottom, they just found a shovel and a note saying: dig more.
Some Beamdog faggot called Nifft said:Reported ur review. Enjoy ur community ban
Go back to ur basement and pray to ur god to forgive u for playing a game with trans character, MRA. Pathetic review...
By pressing TAB? Learn2play EE.And how did you find that on your first playthrough?Complain more, especially about a game whose best item is hidden in a tree stump 15 minutes in.
I'd rather remain ignorant on that subject.By pressing TAB? Learn2play EE.And how did you find that on your first playthrough?Complain more, especially about a game whose best item is hidden in a tree stump 15 minutes in.
They could've, you know, hired a competent writer and avoided having to beg on their forums for positive reviews.
Just pulling your hair, I've never played EE so I wouldn't know.I'd rather remain ignorant on that subject.By pressing TAB? Learn2play EE.And how did you find that on your first playthrough?Complain more, especially about a game whose best item is hidden in a tree stump 15 minutes in.
The new items aren't remotely hidden. The existing items are in tab highlighted containers.. defeating the whole point of hiding anything.

I think it's interesting to point out that container highlighting wasn't available in BG1,from what I remember. It was only added by applying mods like BGT or Tutu, and thus it's a feature that appeared on BG2 and IWD first. In fact, I believe dudley's walkhrough gave you coordinates to find stuff like the ring of protection and the ring of wizardry, among others. You had to check the coordinates with a cheat or something like that.

Even if it's not going to influence sales one way or the other, I'm frustrated by the principle of the thing. I would never give a game a 0 rating for including something that offended me because I'm not a petulant child. Judging by the insane number of downvotes for positive reviews on Steam, there seem to be hundreds of gamerbros willing to do just that.
Important?Yup. I remember I had the coordinates on a notepad document on my desktop. Never did find that ring of wizardry until years later. Which is a shame. Its perhaps the most important ring for Mages in the game.
I suspect that you're simply trying to find offense where there is none,
balance out the loud minority
I need to get off the Beamdog forums. They are lowering my IQ.
