Can't say I'm surprised. It's not even a matter of "Sven's balls of steel" to me. They made a lot of money and they got an universaly positive critical receptions with 2 turn-based "isometric" RPGs. They also have a proprietary engine specifically suited for this kind of games. Why should they change?
