The bad news: none of the rewards above $25 are actually available to Codex backers, so you won't get the jacket from HBS. The possibly good news: one jacket is included in our $1000 tier reward. It's technically meant for the raffle, but DarkUnderlord might be willing to budge since you funded a quarter of the fundraiser.
No worries.

I can't pledge til Friday, but I go on record now saying I have no problem with Nekot getting the jacket. However, there might be many that pledged lesser amounts for that chance in a raffle, and it wouldn't be right if it were under false pretenses. I vote for a second jacket package being purchased specifically for Nekot separately if Codex reaches $1275, which it likely will.

Just to weigh in, I would also be cool with Nekot getting the jacket. Cool as it may be, it seems fair that he get it if there's only one.

If there's a jacket involved, I'm wearing it first.

I have to say its pretty lame that these guys would not match the KS rewards with the fundraiser here. Other companies have done it. Just more proof that HBS is a 2nd rate company I guess.

You can either have matched rewards for everyone or the reward the Codex would get from a single expensive pledge, not both otherwise it'd be double dipping. Probably not a big deal with digital rewards, but could get expensive ones if we expect physical ones too.

Only Larian has ever done that, for D:OS 2.

All the others did the same thing as this or even less.

It's a bit of a shame, but mind you - some of our earlier fundraisers we didn't even have "everyone at X money gets a key", and we're participating at a massive 1000 dollar total. IIRC WL2, PoE and Torment drives didn't offer keys like that, we had a number of keys to give out, instead. Wouldn't that mean inXile and Obsidian are third-rate, by that logic? And yeah, if it was 10K like it was for both Larian drives, I'm sure they'd be more interested in matching the rewards.

It was, in the end, only D: OS 2 drive that matched every tier, which, I have to say, is insanely generous of Larian.

My hand crafted MCA troll says otherwise.

Also I was pretty drunk when I wrote that last night. I thought it was more than OS2 which offered the tier bonuses.

Obsidian did throw in a bunch of additional rewards, courtesy of MCA. But yeah, Larian were the only ones who matched the KS tiers.

If even half of the dev team had registered here and voted for HK, it would have won. This was their fault entirely.

Our campaign's at almost $1,700, so I think we can afford an additional jacket for Nekot-the-Brave.

Seems like the $2000 tier could have been a possibility even, but eh
