Well, yes and no. First person will always be immediately more immersive because it's the view from which we live our lives, it's always going to come first. So it's not really fair to say you have no imagination just because you prefer a first person viewpoint.
God damn, Ortchel. Just when I started to have good hopes about you, you had to say something as stupid as this. First person is not more immersive than isometric or 3rd person. Your character just isn't given the same degree of freedom in typical first person games compared to isometric or 3rd person ones, because of the limitations of the keyboard and the 90 degree viewpoint (Humans see 180 degrees, not 90). I find it more immersive to play a game with an isometric viewpoint (e.g. Fallout, Baldur's Gate, even Dungeon Siege) than one with my vision constrained to a horrible 90 degrees. While I enjoy shooters as much as anyone else, I just don't feel immersed.

In my case, FPS (if they are very "chaotic" and disorientated) make my head ache.
Its true, that its humans field of vision, but haven`t you considerd this as disadvantage? And its not necesarily the games to be in our field of vision.
And I dont think other kinds of perspectives can give you less satisfaction from the gameplay. (of course FP is best suited for action and horror games, which will be good for Bloodlines. But i dont say that isometric wont do the work)

I am kinda disappointed. The MP mode was supposed to be human Vamp slayers vs. Vampires, could have been cooler then Counter-Strike (the MP mode of Half-Life 2).

Guess Troika didn't buy the network and voice tech from Valve along with Source. MP could have really boosted sales.
