We're probably in our actual timeline. You know, the one where those damn fake "hoverboard's" are sold. No wonder we still need roads in 57 years. Those are probably "hovercars".

You just wait for us colonizing mars. Some genius asshole will buy greenland and paint it orange like his own skin. It's gonna be brilliant.

They have shown flying vehicles a few times. Off the top of my head there was a car in the first trailer that shoots up some gang, and this medic vehicle in one of the gameplay videos:

Am I the only one here that played the p&p RPG?

Not sure what you're asking, considering that whatever goes into the game (and how well it will resemble its PnP counterpart) is under a big question mark. Up to this point the wasteland was just a bunch of vague words and they did cut off a lot of the PnP content along the way (like classes, at least for the player), so it wasn't that unreasonable for people to not put too much faith into any background-related content, including the Nomad.

They are treating the IP like they did with Wiedzmin. Meaning that they are more about an adaptation of the world of Cyberpunk in video game form, than a transposition of the p&p mechanics

True. Which is why asking if anybody here played the PnP version of Cyberpunk is kind of pointless.
