Hmm, I thought him turning on you was part of the main plot, and that's how you get to meet Johnny Silverhand. You mean this fight will play out in first person perspective in the game?
If it plays out at all - it could be that based on your choices in the previous mission, Dexter might never turn on you.

Witcher games had cinematic trailers that didn't feature actual game plot.
They had to show off Keanu.Witcher games had cinematic trailers that didn't feature actual game plot.
Do you mean I only have a chance to kill her after Blood & Wine main quest?Just a reminder, the vampire girl on that Witcher 3 trailer was Orianna, a character on the Blood and Wine DLC and that scene of Geralt killing her happens after the game and you don't have an option to kill her during the game (despite having alot of reasons to), just because a character appears on the trailer and on the game, that doesn't mean much and that the developers are forced to anything.
The nameless characters in the W3's Killing Monsters trailer didn't show up in the game
About future marketing of Cyberpunk 2077:
Gamescom will get the same style of presentation people and journalists received at E3.
At PAX West new Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay will be presented to the worldwide audience.
"A strong dose of new information (about Cyberpunk 2077) should be expected at the beginning of next year"
About different cyberpunk projects:
-One project is Cyberpunk 2077
-Second project is Multiplayer for Cyberpunk 2077, it's being worked on inside Wroclaw studio
-Third project is another CDPR AAA game that was meant to be released before 2021. It's also Cyberpunk project.
"Our next big project will be also in cyberpunk universe (don't know if he meant Pondsmith's universe). We've already started working on it and we treat it as a really big and innovative project for us."
- Fourth project is Gwent
- Fifth is never annouced mobile game created by Spokko.

This is an interesting tidbit (translation by me):
CD Projekt does not plan to increase the number of CEs, despite it being sold out on main markets. The board said that the percentage profitability of CE is lower than the base game.
Whaaat?
It is a mistery. I don't know. Game Master mode for PnP and ERP autism for starters is enough for your thick skull?how a single player focused RPG will benefit from useless multiplayer elements? The Witcher has no multiplayer and people liked how it was.

They say all the time that they look up to Rockstar games, Cyberpunk 2077 is their Gta V. First they will release singleplayer campaign then multiplayer component to get all that dough.how a single player focused RPG will benefit from useless multiplayer elements? It's never well written. It's not something that needs to be in every RPG. You get fans like Bioware fans that think every option needs to be romanceable and every sexuality needs to be represented. These people are creeps and one of the reasons why Bioware had to shut down the romance section of their forums because these degenerates were fighting over characters and who was the biggest fan.Much of the Codex's anti-romance sentiment is actually more about being "anti-people-who-really-like-romances". There's a narrative that BioWare's romances attracted a "bad crowd" that the studio destroyed itself by pandering to. Romances are seen as something that people have a tendency to care about to the exclusion of other things.
This I can understand, to an extent.
For me, romance in RPGs is an important thing because it feels weird to have this expansive narratives that last months of in-game time, and have every character be chaste and show no attraction that develops over time. Like other people have commented, it seems natural that people would find solace in romance (or sex) in desperate situations.
