To be fair, I've always been understanding of TLoU characters looking unkempt, given it's a post-apocalypse setting. If we all revert to ensuring our survival taking up 90% of our day, our requirements for hygene and looks would quickly drop, and pretty soon we would look less healthy and old for our age.
