Got it for free on EGS. Originally, I also thought it was a joke. I liked the game, and that sort of changed my perspective on games. It has the truck simulator appeal, but with more gameplay. It's probably the best among those games. Cutscenes and plot are mostly nonsense, but characters were alright. The "connecting people" theme works, with the multiplayer features and quest rewards and spiels the characters give you about how much you've helped them. The setting is moderately interesting, and it's something fresh. Works well with gameplay.
Traversal and plotting routes is fun. I want a bigger map with more routes and interesting locales. The ambushes suck, they get very repetitive and always in the same places and respawn very quickly and aren't that threatening, more annoying. Throwing boxes at people is fun.
It's a good game.

Their Ellie statue looks like a troll...or a goblin. She looks like what you’d expect a literal fantasy monster creature in a movie to look like. She isn’t far off from how the trolls in that Swedish movie Border look, the movie about a troll working as a Swedish Customs officer.
