I did make a library editor and a spell editor, but never bothered to code/merge it into DECLINE.

They are not separate programs. It's just raw code that was meant to be merged into DECLINE. So, there is no executable to run separately.

You're confusing Zep with me, Cleve. You haven't encrypted the savegame format, so while Zep's editor (a product of his dark and twisted obsession with you) still works fine, my own RSF unpacker (a labour of love and adulation for a game I sincerely admire) is non-functional. While I in no way disagree with your right to encrypt the files, I'd rather not be lumped in with Zepo (no hard feelings, Zep).

This means your coding skills are so sad you can't even do bit-level operations.
