Zed Duke of Banville , are you roleplaying the clothing? I found I always wear the black mesh vest because it had no debuff :D

What am I supposed to play now? It's been more than a week since I finished it and I can't get into anything else.

I'm asking because I've started making notes. Not promising my lazyness and degeneracy won't get the better of me though.

Anyone can write a review.

Anyone can submit the review to Infinitron.

Infinitron will publish the review if it meets the following conditions (or suits his agenda, in which case any of the procedure and conditions may be waived without notice):
  • it's not complete shit
  • if it's not the first Codex review, it brings something new to the table
Note that you will get a certain amount of editorial assistance if your review does meet the threshold for publication. Somebody will go over it for typos and style and may provide feedback about structure, clarity, possible gaps in argumentation and so on.

If an "official" Codex reviewer has already been designated he will give her a chance to finish her review before publishing yours, even if you manage to finish and submit yours first. Once that's up, your review will go up after a polite interval, assuming it meets the above conditions.

So basically if you're planning on a Disco Elysium review, knock yourself out. Just expect that (1) bataille's review will go up first, and (2) your review might be spiked if it's too similar to hers, even if it's not complete shit.

My suggestion is to keep taking those notes, wait until after her review is up, then if you think you have something substantial to add, write up a quick first draft and pitch it to Infinitron. If he spikes it, just post your first draft here.

Thanks TT1 I'm touched that somebody is actually asking me to review something. But really I can't.

I did pitch a different kind of story about DE to Infinitron but he wasn't too keen. I'm keeping in touch with ZA/UM though so something might come out of that correspondence somewhere along the line.

Standin' pretty. In this dust that was a city.
So, who is writing the first Codex revio of this?

I already told you, it's Sailor Woedica.

It has to be you, Prime :salute:

Fuck it, would you really be interested in reading a piece that goes over my personal journey with ZA/UM from the preview to the bit where the phasmid made me cry? It'd be horrifically self-indulgent and would most likely not have any new information I haven't already posted here. It would also include what I thought about the game, but it would not be a review -- it would be unabashedly subjective without even an attempt at impartiality.

If this post gets a substantial number of YESes and more YESes than NOs I'll do it (publication subject to Infinitron's agenda of course).

Interested in reading, or interested in writing? I didn't get your meaning.

FYI non patrons can't vote "no"
Well, that's called property qualification. XIX c. democracy is best democracy.

Joke aside, "disagree" is still available isn't it? :)
