Wow... Fate of Oedipus is a pretty expensive spell. I assumed that Eyes of God are always swiftly countered, but with the price being at 75 fire gems, I guess Sun Tzu's celestial master(?) might get to keep his eyes for some time.

Ye but reanimating ghouls costs population so theres a cost to that. I've seen a Sceleria with 0 pop everywhere because of that.

hahaha okay it was a big jab. You failed the diplomacy more than anything, somehow you disgruntled all your neighbours and we wouldn't get bullied. It wasn't a coordinated attack until you shut down and sent threats.

Actually, I caught a glimpse of raw making last stand against Vanheim in Ashdod cap. With only 17 giants, 2 mages and Pretender he fended off something like 100 valkyries, a ton of infantry, boars, archers, thugs.

I haven't seen such an against-all-odds-victory in a rather long time. I even had a battle report saved somewhere.

Edit: probably shouldn't post it without Vanheim's permission. But anyway, raw did gud standing against ye damn gangbangers.

Nothing particularly impressive on that victory. Giants weakened the frontline troops, a ton of those where militia, and the Valkyries unbuffed where nuked by the Aura and the short range fire magic of raw's god. Thugs? Mraston walked in (probably trusting the D9 bless) and the battle went as expected.

It's more notable how he failed to kill off mere humans with Anakites. And trust me, he failed diplo hard.
