Not all black people enjoy watermelon and fried chicken--but the majority do.
I never said anything about majorities.

Also lots of people of various colors enjoy watermelon and fried chicken. Not me though. Watermelon is like eating sweetened snow and chicken is greasy and gross.

Or they may interview Gaider about why sexism is bad in video games. http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2013/03/28/dragon-age-iiis-gaider-on-the-impracticality-of-sexism/

Looks like an article hand-crafted to piss the codex off.
Nope :1/5: trolling at best from Man and company who both lacks talent to succeed in industry and need to whore self to Libruls to generate more PR and sells. If was sexual deviant I would be ashamed bald looser and charlatan like him defend me.

RPS: The thing that throws me, though, is that it makes perfect monetary sense. It always has. Boring bald space commandos and city commandos and jungle commandos and shark commandos appeal to a pretty narrow group. Why do so many publishers refuse to see past them?
So in order to not sell more copies of their crap (cause we do this for the Cause Now!) we will appeal to even more narrow group? Librul logic at ITZ finest. I guess the flop of DA3 will be explained as fault of 4chan and Codex ''fascists''.

"Boring bald space commandos appeal to a small audience"

Mass Effect is Bioware's best selling game.

To Leave the cosy corporate job only to risk all at heathen place like Kickstarter? It is not for Gay-der Yelling Sexism! is much easier. Same mental laziness and conformism masqueraded as hipster edginess which destroyed TES games... only those unlike Bio copypasta were something unique back then. Besides I doubt Bioware know how to do a proper game again.

I don't usually pay LIBRULS! much mind, but I'm starting to see some pretty compelling evidence so as to allow myself to refer to some of them as 'obnoxious'. Most 'obnoxious' types seem to be AMURICANS though, and I don't think the conservatives are necessarily any better.

David Gaydar is a bald LIBRUL! with an inflated ego and no writing skills, and a man-feminist that can only get the most hairiest of women in Canuckland.

PnC adventure games don't sell.

Turn based games don't sell.

The only games that sell are shooters with cover mechanics where you play a heavy set male :(

There isn't many watermelon in your country, is it?
I've had watermelon multiple times in my life and I didn't like it any of those times. It was most tolerable with salt but still like eating sweetened slush ice.

I don't like slush drinks either.

You have no idea how to properly make chicken, do you?
I've never made chicken myself. All meat is too slimy (or alternately too dry). The absolute worst was this soup my mother apparently learned from the ~old country~ that I considered nigh-inedible. My father loved it for some inexplicable reason so of course we had to have it on a semi-regular basis whenever my mother was around.

New article with Gaider up @ RPS. I don't hate the guy, he's just trying to do a job, and I get that, but I really, really liked the (unintentional?) honesty in this exchange: (emphasis mine)

RPS: A lot of people, when they look at what you’re doing now, still expect it to be in the exact same place as what BioWare was doing back in the late ‘90s. Whereas what you’re making now is clearly for an audience that’s much bigger. A lot more people are playing these sorts of games.
Nice critical thinking skills, Grayson - the audience is allegedly much bigger, but a lot of that audience expects something Bioware's admittedly not going to give them. How's that been working out for them?

Gaider: We have much bigger budgets, so we have to have a bigger audience.

'To attract a wider audience, we need a bigger budget. To justify a bigger budget, we must attract a wider audience.'

All snark aside, there is compelling reason to believe the programmers could run this company better than the suits, if for no reason other than at least they can spot circular logic.
