Problem with that idea is that the armor is actually more advanced. DD1 was actually one of the better games in regards to keeping its armor influences tied to a particular time period. You can see that all the, non-licensed, plate armor for the torso (Gryphic, Sectional Iron Plates, Royal Guard Armor) have plackarts, something only popular in the early-mid 1400s. Everything else is older, with "ancient" stuff taking influence from even older armor (greco-roman) or just not aligning to real world armor. DD2 trailer has later styles of plate present. It could be also in the past.I’m not even sure this game takes place in Gransys, or even the same world as the original Dragon’s Dogma. You’ve got something that looks like Bluemoon Tower, but Bluemoon Tower is basically Pieter Bruegel‘s The Tower of Babel and could just be a design element they’re carrying over like Final Fantasy carries over a number of different things from game to game.
There’s similar architecture, but I don’t think the city shown in the trailer is meant to be Gran Soren.
Dragon’s Dogma Online took place in a different land (Lestania) on a different world from Dragon’s Dogma. The original game also has it built into the lore that there’s multiple realities so they’ve go this built in explanation to do the same thing Final Fantasy does with the world changing from game to game.
It's an RPG you're supposed to kill stuff for fetch quests and level up to get bigger swordsbut majority of the game was very grindy and filled with dull quests.
I'm just talking shit. Can't fault you for liking the old RE's. Never played them myself but I never was much of a console gamer.I'm a fan of classic RE 1,2,3. I played 4, 5, 6, and the remakes and I didn't finish any of them because they were SHIT! Does that sound like a Crapcom fanboy?Projection detected...? You might be somewhat of a Capcom fanboy yourself.
well... yes? i dropped re series at 4. you played twice as many games, but by your retarded logic it's me who is "crapcom fanboy"I'm a fan of classic RE 1,2,3. I played 4, 5, 6, and the remakes and I didn't finish any of them because they were SHIT! Does that sound like a Crapcom fanboy?
Don't make me post the Ishtar trailer again. "THESE MEN ARE PAWNS!!!"Expanded AI + pawns learning behavior from their users = greater potential for pawns to be even more tarded?
If your pawn acts retarded, it's because you're acting retarded. They always imitate your actions.Expanded AI + pawns learning behavior from their users = greater potential for pawns to be even more tarded?

It's not really grindy as you don't have to grind levels. What it is though is badly paced with its beastiary. You'll be fighting nothing bigger than a Cyclops until, what, chapter 4? Then they added a bunch of pointless fetch quests that ruin the levelling curve and seem automatically generated. It's best to ignore them. The first one had some cool ideas but majority of the game was very grindy and filled with dull quests.
And those pawns learn to do what they see as well. If you stay back and collect loot left by the enemies your pawns kill, they'll start doing that too.Your pawn can't learn anything if it's never alive. If your pawn acts retarded, it's because you're acting retarded. Joking aside, did you even play the game? There is part of it where you can summon other user's pawns.
well... yes? i dropped re series at 4. you played twice as many games, but by your retarded logic it's me who is "crapcom fanboy"
So apparently they're saying pawns will have even better A.I.

Drakortha played six Resi games rather than just watching the first three movies like I did. Fanboy behavior at its worst. You hate to see it.
So the logic goes like this, then?Bro, nobody likes CAPCOM here. We just like DD 1. You're trying too hard.
YES!So the logic goes like this, then?
Drak is retard
That's some really cool logic.

Drak played Crapcom games and didn't like them = Crapcom Fanboy
Codex plays Crapcom games, are hyped for new Crapcom game, and defends previous Crapcom game = Isn't a Crapcom fanboy
That's some really cool logic.
is a 'capcom fan' even a thing. are the sonic fans obliged to play resident evilBro, nobody likes CAPCOM here. We just like DD 1. You're trying too hard.
