Is this game good? I played it but forgot.
Probably the best mmorpg (more like a deus ex hub style) I've played, and I played a lot.
The only real issues I have with it is just that it's so old, not just the graphics but the old netcode.

I wish they did go a bit crazier with the verticality though later on for certain classes that specialised in it. Like more rooftop hopping and more vertical solutions to puzzles, less restriction on jumping and increasing the jump cap, and even doing something more with cooldown reductions for more general abilities.
But right now probably wouldn't be too good of an idea because of just the game being so old.

Really wish someone would make a remake of this fomular in another good setting... like lord of the rings?

no. fuck it. even before war it was shit with regular rubber banding. now, with vpn, platforming can go and suck itself in the public toilet.
I meant more like if someone has high enough jump, they can jump over the gate instead of doing the puzzle to open it.

Or jump ontop of the labyrinth instead of going through it and help the othe teamates get out of it, by guiding them.

No like people needing to invest a lot of points/resources into high jump to be able to do it in the first place, and then it would make it easier to help others.

Like in that gianthold labyrinth. If you had enough jump, you could jump all the way to the top and see the entire labyrinth and either talk in chat what to do, or hop over some stuff to the next area to make it easier for the group in general.

More reward for extreme specialisation.

Having OPTIONAL objectives behind platforming or "optional shortcuts" is fine but if my connection is awful, I don't wanna to fail a quest due it. BTW, no one needs to invest heavily in jump, a spell/scroll/potion of jump + feather fall makes platforming much easier.

That's my point, I want them to increase the limit, make it logarithmic or whatever. Like you need more points than you needed before 40 points in jump, and make lvl up ranks investment matter more.
