I can answer someSo many questions, so few answers.
Radagon is Marika, although it seems that they can also split apart from one another and have children with one another. They represent each others duality, with Marika rebelling against the greater will and shattering the Elden Ring, and Radagon being loyal and attempting to reforge the ring. Why he left Rennala is up for interpretation. We know that it was after Godfrey was banished for being the first of the tarnished, but we don't know who orchestrated it. I could see it either being Marika trying to get more power by taking Godfrey out of the picture and making her other half Elden Lord. Or I could see it as the greater will trying to get Marika under control by making her more loyal half return to her. Marika was imprisoned in the erdtree by the greater will because of her transgression, shattering the Elden Ring.
Mohg is a creepy gay pedo and kidnapped Miquella in the hope that he could make Miquella his consort and become Elden Lord. Miquella was cursed to be a child for all of eternity, and it seems that Mohg put Miquella in the cocoon to make him become a god so Mohg could rule as Elden Lord.
Ranni orchestrated the night of black knives, and part of that was so that her body could be killed so she could escape the influence of the two fingers she loathed, although simply killing her body was not enough to fully escape so we need to do her quest line. The body she inhabits is a doll, not an actual flesh and blood body.
Malenia has a normal body, but one afflicted with the scarlet rot. The gold is her prosthetics. You can see her nearly naked in the second phase of the fight, with one prosthetic arm and 1.5 prosthetic legs.
Margit and Morgott are the same person, he shows up early to deter you but you beat his ass, then he shows up again and you beat his ass again, then you come to the capital city and kill him in front of his throne. Margit is an omen, meaning that at birth he was cursed with some sort of physical deformation, a bad omen. His brother Mohg is also an omen and as such looks similar.
