Looks like FO3 GFX. Could be worse, they could add some really bad filter and kill it entirely.

I only bought Fallout 2 back then because the screenshots at the back were cool. Wouldn't have enjoyed the games nearly as much if they looked like Arcanum, Wasteland 2 or some other graphical vomit.
