Really? Codex has put piracy at same level as child porn?! Really?! And this is a place where talking about nazi it openly allowed but piracy is bad? WTF?

He's already got power armor after only a few hours of gameplay. FFS.
That is good, because my plan was to play F4 only until I got Power Armor and then fuck around a bit with it and then uninstall the game. So it would seem I will be able uninstall it even faster than I did Skyrim! Good times!

From the look of things, this is obviously not possible in Fallout 4. When Todd walks out of the Vault, there's not a Deathclaw in sight!

Fool, of course there will be Deathclaws.

But they'll be Lv 01 baby deathclaws, that you'll kill with 10 shots from your 10mm pistol.

They are tottaly unlike the Uber Legendary Glowing Deathclaws at the end of the map you'll meet at LV 50, which require 10 shots from the mini-nuke.

A few hours?

Try about a hour and that is counting having to do the whole tutorial ... just do this, go to Concordia, enter the Museum of Freedom and done, its were its unlocked and Concordia is pretty much were Codworth tell you to go and he is the first NPC you likely to meet.

This thread delivers.

On a related note: I spent fucking 7 hours this weekend installing F:NW mods. Shit better be epic for a new playthrough, yo! (I never did finish any of the DLCs)

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Is this supposed to imply Fallout 4 will fix issues like depression and anxiety? They do know it's just a video game, right? Right?!

I think it's about coming to terms with your repressed homosexuality.

Well, really, caring about graphics is decline behavior in its purest and unrefined form.

I've played a shit-ton of old RPGs this year. Baldur's Gate 2 is graphically inferior to say, Dragon Age Inquisition. Gameplay and Choice and Consequence and a bunch of other things matter more. I dont really get the shitposting about graphics. Like, I've literally never looked at a bethesda game and gone "wow, that looks amazing!" except for oblivion, but it was more "wow, this doesnt look like shit here in the year 2006!"
No the fuck it's not. Who didn't go wow as a kid when seeing all the new games coming out, the new graphics, and wonder what next years games will look like? Graphics are integral to the video game form, otherwise we could all be playing PnP, which is the highest form of roleplaying. Graphics are not the most important part, but they are fundamental. I still play older RPGs such as Darklands and Might and Magic, but they are good games overall -- one part doesn't diminish the rest, and the graphics can be overlooked. For a Bethesda game with bad graphics, it's mindcraft without the fun.

Artstyle is essential, graphics are not. Clarity ok, fps/resolution/aliasing etc. But that's about it.

just because it's not essential, doesn't mean it's not still pretty important
How did we get to this hipster bullshit? I remember vividly how everybody used to want better graphics, everybody was excited about how the new games would look like. Now because everything has been stale and stagnant because of the shit consoles, this stupid mentality developed to rationalize it or something.
Wanting your game to look nice is considered stupid now.
