Asking for the removal of an admin simply for doing his job makes no sense. A ban, temporary or permanent, acts as a good reminder for users not to take the priviledge of posting for granted. When you remember this simple fact, you start paying attention to the quality of your posts and therefore the website prospers.

You would have to find a better reason: does he sell private user info to scam groups and pirates? Does he allow shady content? Does he put Fallout 3 in the top 10 best rpgs of all time? If not, then you have no case.
