Anyone have problems with the graphics. I loaded the demo and can't play it because I can not see the ground, most of the characters are missing heads, etc, the inventories are not showing items, etc etc. The graphics must be screwed up but I don't know what to try

Probably did. I think it would have been better to have right click bring up the mouse than make it the mouse-look button. After all, you're looking around and steering a lot more than you're using the interface.
Probably, but I am comfortable with just moving the mouse enough to turn automatically, so it don't care about that either.

Overall this looks nice and could become an acceptable pass-time like Kult:Heretic Kingdoms if the creators can cleanup some of the current issues like:

-Game becomes very slow in the main town after several hours of play (memory leak?). A full quit and restart of the game solves this (this is on a AMD XP 2600+ with 1GB of RAM).
-The bugged free shrine quest, the end of which triggers twice and also erases any extra Alchemy recipes you have bought and I couldn't recover from that. The option to use Magic in combat also disappeared after that and I didn't see any increase in power after making the goddess happy :(
-Local auto map not working in some locations
-Combat does suck, very vague idea of level vs actual challenge posed by monsters. These spiders are really annoying with their ridiculous damage. I don't see any useful fighting option to effectively combat stacks of enemies and how could ranged weapons (haven't seen them yet) ever work if you always start off in melee range ?! Some stealth option would be nice, now it's really a matter of being able to soak more damage then the enemy can. The skills don't add anything except making more equipment being available. There should be some other bonus as well.
-Some balance issues, like traders getting restocked poorly like the alchemist and so on.
-No chest to store the phat loot you have collected. Carrying capacity is a real burden here.

The graphics are fine, the environment looks immersive and there are some nice touches like the alchemy system. I hope the final game will improve most of these points...

maybe its possible when you regroup your party to set the ranged weapon fighters + magicians to the second row?
but you would need at least a second partymember to do that.

You can reorganize your party's order, I forget how many rows there are, but it is possible to move them way to the back.

There are two rows but I haven't been able to recruit anyone yet. Now are there actually any characters you can recruit ? The scantily clad sword sister and her ego knight companions don't appear to be an option as the quest they give doesn't seem to be in the demo.

I just took a look at some of the screenies on their site before then reading this thread.

I have to say I was surprised to see comments about the good gfx.. I thought they looked okay, but subtly wrong. So many of the textures don't look like the correct material. And the character models are okay, but very silly in design. So much so that I was actually laughing out loud at some of the ridiculous outfits!

Still gonna dl and try the demo though.
