I always thought that was a "best selling this week" list. Didn't know it was an "All time bestseller" list. Thanks.

edit: Wait?! Demon Stone is the 35th bestseller?!!! Really?!

There's a "best selling now" chart also. That's what you see on the front page of the site.

D&D Christmas bundle would be my guess for the cause.
There was also one of those dual discount sales where not getting the whole lot was silly. IIRC it was more expensive to leave one out than to get the whole set.
Yeah, I actually considered paying more if that meant that I won't polute my game library Dragon Shard and Demon Stone. My inner jew won in the end though.

Wow, I didn't even see Dragonshard there a few places higher than Demon Stone. They're not in my GOG library! :obviously:

I'm pretty sure the installer won't work on Windows 7 machines for Descent to Undermountain. Although by having both Ultima 9 and MM9 as "Good Old Games" really stretches the definition into absurdity.

That's why they don't call themselves "Good Old Games" anymore. It's just GOG now. Silly semantics of course but with some of the games they've been putting up lately I can fully understand the difference.

It was free at some point, I'm pretty sure I didn't pay for it.

I'm pretty curious on their sales numbers... and Steam's too.

Like... how much did LoG or FTL sell on each platform.

If anyone tries the new Richard and Alice game, let me/us know (in the adventure forum).

I would estimate that Steam sales are at least 10x the GOG sales simply because of Steam's massive built-in audience, aggressive sales and far better advertising. Fact is most people either don't care about DRM-free software or don't consider Steam to be DRM.
