Just since some people seem to still have questions what a continent is.

Continents are tectonic plates that also form the major landmasses of Earth. The only gross violation of the system is Europe / Asia which makes no real sense. Europe and Asia are actually 1 big continent Eurasia that for historic reasons was split in 2.

There is also a pacific plate that is of significant size and thickness as it is the remnants of a former continent. If you want to call that a continent (Oceania) is up to you. I wouldn't because currently it is underwater and the few sandbanks on top don't count. But there definitely once was a huge continent there that could be called "Oceania"

So Cuba and Honduras are actually on their own continent? Seems like there are multiple inconsistencies under your system. So who the fuck cares if there's one more?

If they stopped using the word "continent" for political/cultural/economic regions that would be fine too, but even more people would get butthurt (because neologisms 100% are evil I guess).

Learn to read, the argument was about not inventing new continents, not about fucking Honduras:

Reading is hard but don't give up man, it is actually very easy:

1. Australia is a continent
2. Oceania is not a continent
3. Oceania has always been at war with Eastasia
