Shit, I had PoE confused with a different game. I played a bit of the first one but didn't care much for the classes and didn't get far before I moved on to something else. Didn't realize there was a second one.

Already saw the first list. Checked it to help me come up with a top 10 list and I've played most of those, but I figured I'd tell the truth and take the hate for some of my picks. I'm picky and in some cases I have really shit taste. For example, my favorite Deus Ex is the second one. I almost put it on the list. I just can't help myself I guess.

Currently replaying Risen because I'm caught up on all the recent games I want to play. This year I'm looking forward to System Shock, Cyberpunk 2077, Elex 2, Mount and Blade 2, Black Mesa, Biomutant, Bloodlines 2, Werewolf: The Apocalypse Earthblood, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, Psychonaughts 2, and Doom Eternal

I kind of agree with that these days but at the time it didn't feel that way. It took me a couple of playthroughs to really notice. I'd still replay it if there was a remake with all of the stuff that happened only in text animated.

I don't really like any of the Elder Scrolls games but at least the dark brotherhood quest from Oblivion was interesting and memorable and I enjoyed hopping around rooftops with acrobatics. The thieve's guild quest was pretty good too. Maybe I'd like the series if the melee combat wasn't shit
