Maia made it with 70 hours to go

Kicktraq show a pretty massive surge in the last 2 days...someone with the time could learn something by investigating the reasons. For one, TotalBiscuit is referenced a lot in the comments.
And there was an interview on RPS (reported in the Maia thread). I think Molyneaux' KS has awoken a lot of god game enthusiasts and many of them flocked to Maia because Maia has potential to turn out a good game (unlike GODUS).

In before "turbo-masculinists" white-knighting about over-sexualization of men with perfect, unreal bodies, leading to prejudice and lack of confidence in real men, and so on...

I think that game can only succeed if it is developed by tranny with three years of art school.

I'm not following this whole "video games are sexist" thing. Is that what feminists are saying about women in games?

MEH

Baffles me how they try to sell an MMO with a system that will have shit to do with Pathfinder to the Pen & Paper players. Why should I be interested in this solely because I like Pathfinder? The only thing this seems to have to do with Pathfinder AT ALL is Golarion, the world, and that is the single worst thing about Pathfinder. I've never met anyone who actually ran their game in that painfully boring world.

Tell me that its combat is turn-based (since RtWP won't work in an MMO) and uses a 1:1 implementation of the Pathfinder rules, and I'll donate my entire savings to you. Until then, fuck off.

Hilarious how, in a game suppossedly based on a combat-focused Pen & Paper game, doing a CTRL + F for 'combat' in their written pitch produces exactly 0 results.
