:bro::yeah:
Any chance you could make the scans slightly bigger BRO? Some of the text is a little hard to read, even when I scale things up. mostly the white text in red speechbubbles.

Also: Majestros, likable? Never thought I'd see the day.

Can do, I tried out this resize to see if it works well for people.

And actually Majestros was written as a likable character by Dan Abnett & Andy Lanning, and during the Nemesis mini-series (then again, it seems the idea the Robbie Morrison was going for with Majestros and Charis was that in many ways Majestros is more than someone like Charis could ever hope for). The thing Abnett and Lanning are going for with their series is turning Majestic from a warlord into a superhero.

THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME SLOWLY LIKE

... being here, imprisoned far beneath the earth... where... foul creatures lurk. I never thought it would be possible for such beings to even exist! Why would god- No, god wouldn't. And these creatures are proof that there is no god, at least not the one we had imagined.

I know now that there is no turning back. I shall die here, surrounded by the horrors which I have released. My flesh shall freeze and as will theirs once more... The only question which lingers in my fetid skull, along all of the incantations I spoke, and the foul work which I was tricked to partake in is... will they be able to break out before they are frozen once more?

Vaarna_Aarne is like Return to Ostagar, full of fake C&C, and with a release date that keeps getting pushed back :rpgcodex:

Uploading as soon as I finish cropping the scans. Not going to resize this time.

While waiting, look at the cute squirrel girl:

Told ya it was good stuff.

EDIT: Anyway, now there are no missing issues left for me to scan, so updates will be in the usual pace again.

This was good. I really liked it, even if the "character development" was a little heavy-handed and the amnesia shtick was pure rubbish. They really should've done without it entirely, and it would then have meshed in very nicely with Superman's speech about the human perspective from the earlier issues. I was actually expecting them to play it this way when "Jim" shows up at the door.

Still, this is good stuff. Thanks for taking the time and effort to scan it. You have been upgraded from Bioware to Obsidian :salute:

...

and just like with an Obsidian game, there are glitches everywhere and the whole thing is unpolished :smug:

...

and just as with Obsidian, we don't care because the content is great and the intent is awesome  :bro:

This is stupendous :decline: over the previous arc.

Though I dig the "desolte cityscape" art style on the first couple of pages. Very nice.

Anyway MOAR
