Having made the realization on our 3 crossing attempts that the gals dont stop on spotting enemies, I now dash in parts since there is no starting penalty, and it helps with this blue guy

is below the enemies
So at the begining of a turn we have 100 eff react, but after spending half our TU, we have 50 eff react, and so on
It didnt happen before cause we were rarely in below 50% TU when anyone was still standing
