Alright I tried this out today. It stutters really badly. My rig is a 7800X3D + 3080, so not exactly potato-tier. I think this is just a combination of bad optimisation on PC + UE5 being terrible.

And maybe obsolete drivers? When did you last update?

Btw how long was your patience? IIRC it stuttered for me really bad when I first launched it, for about 10 minutes or so. Turned out it was compiling shaders. P. stupid to let people play while some heavy processing is going on in the background but there you go. If you ever feel like re-buying and trying again, leave it be for about 10 minutes and then play.

Hmm. Well, I refunded it now. Damn.

I'm like 95% sure the stuttering was due to shader compiling. You can always rebuy and retry or pirate. In 2025 it's one of the better soulslikes out there. If you're into those it's definitely worth a try.

probably just needed to turn off RT (need to read lightning setting description, at some value RT gets turned on, stupid UE shit)

I also have an RTX 3800, but 12700k instead - played through the whole game (71 hours) without any issues. Any problems in the beginning were solved by the driver update.
