A) Have my men retreat and give up my claim to the fallen star.
B) Send Vradnir with reinforcements and orders to seize the area and return with the fallen star.

A) "Try to solve this peacefully. If you can't, kill them all."
B) "Try diplomacy, intimidation, or compromise. If nothing works, give up and return."
C) "State that they are trespassing. If they don't agree, put them to the sword."
D) "Just take control of the site by any means necessary."

also, I looked up the game:
Content Warnings: Ableism, abuse and torture—including of children, acephobia, cannibalism, homophobia, incest, poor representation of neurodivergents, fantasy racism, rape, derogatory treatment of sex workers, voyeurism, and rampant misogyny.

C - Accusing your neighbor of trespassing - whether it's true or not - is the traditional excuse for slaughtering a few dozens of your neighbor's soldiers.

I don't agree with the content warning the editors put in the game, but I wasn't allowed a say on it. I think its detrimental to the game and doesn't actually reflect the actual content it has.

Most of those tags have been put there because some NPC somewhere says something, but my NPCs are not trying to make metapolitical commentaries, they are just being NPCs in a low fantasy "grimdark" medieval scenario doing what I felt they were supposed to be doing. Saying stupid shit, saying biased shit, saying shit based on how they were raised and where they are from, etc. It's never the narration doing it, and it is never done with any other purpose than making somewhat believable interactions. It's a subject that has been raised numerous times and I admit I'm a bit sensitive about it, but only because I think it gives a terrible impression of the game. People who actually play it, I hope, know what it is about.

We can select multiple options here.

A) Let Meybuk examine and study a piece of it.
B) Send a piece for the Alchemists Guild to study.
C) Order a smith to produce a weapon with it.
D) Sell a piece of it for profit.
E) Go and take a look at it.

A) Narley, a famous blacksmith who works with the Eastern Bargaining Brotherhood (costs 1000)
B) Ortward, the reliable blacksmith from my castle. (Costs 500)

(We can't select Yero because we haven't met him in Hilltown)

That’s just what the tags are meant to reflect though.

The content warning isn’t meant to warn the user of some graphic porn or rape storyline so that their kids don’t play it, it’s a trigger warning like you would see on tumblr years ago.

It’s meant for college grads who will freak out, convulse, have a psychological episode or (mainly) write angry complaint letters that there was no trigger warning after they read about some character getting raped years ago and it reminds them of one of the many times they got drunk and did a gangbang with 12 guys in college and no one signed a consent form.

How much gold do we have?

If we have a lot, I say we go A.

looks like uranium ore. I think it's perfectly fine to forge a sword we'll keep with us at all times!

Maybe we could present it to someone as a gift...
Nah, best to just use it occasionally. It’s a glowing sword from a freaking meteor! We will be a legendary hero.

Hopefully the alchemist’s guild or our advisor will figure out that you need lead to stop it from killing you.

I think we have around 5500 A. (we had 5863 last time we had info on it and we just paid for a few castle improvement since edit: and a statue for 200 or 300)

I don't think we have the combat stat to be a legendary hero. Though we might lend it to our best combattant, making him our champion

could be a nice idea. How about the lord whose soldiers we killed to get the ore?

If we didn't get the fallen star, Lord Noyedas from House Sielcner would have made a crown for himself with it and eventually died near the end of the game because of that.

Radiation poisoning is a shitty way to go.
