Isn't there a text-file under a different extension with all the written content of these books and NPC conversations? I think it would be a better way of presenting them.
I never liked the .txt format, I prefer pictures, they rend the game atmosphere better.

Your LP has made me want to replay Arcanum, and now that I've won a brand new copy in Marquess' Christmas lottery, I think that's a sign or something. Will get to it soon.

Hope you enjoyed the reading because there will be a little bit more, directly related to the game this time.

"Quite interesting, wouln't be cool to search for this altars and see what the various offerings do?"

"Yes, I am sure that would you love to see me humiliating myself in front of some Brutha idol or Hippie tree, well I fear that you will be disappointed, I have no intention to do such a thing."

Fuck, this game is just too highbrow for me. I've tried playing it numerous times over the years, but I... I'm just... so lost :/

"Specialization is for insects and orcs."

Heh, good one.
And those chapter names are sometimes really hilarious.

Courtesy of Drog, originally wasn't possible to read the manuals, and the titles of the chapters sometimes are very nerdy, even if I think that the Codex favorite would be "The Mushroom: Fact and Fiction"

"Didn't you heard that?De Cesare, it's a fellow Italian."
Male25.jpg
"So what?"
AoW1_Heroes_80x100_Halfling_Priestess.jpg
"Come on, we Italians should stick together when in a foreign country, besides is not as we aren't going to check any tavern anyways."
Male25.jpg
"Don't lump me together with the unwashed masses of emigrants".

"But you are one too, remember?"
